Background: This is Capital Blvd. Raleigh, NC - where a good amount of people meet up any given weekend at night. There are two groups that collect there: dumbass ricers that do stupid things, and pretty cool people that own domestics (don't do stupid things in the parking lot) and show up just to make fun of ricers and see what they're going to do. So in no way is this one group of people lauging with the other group, but rather laughing at them.
