Default Problems with RB20DET in S13 HELP!!!

Ok some updates! I pinned the ecu to the mass air flow connecter and well in the ecu pinout it says that the black wire is the sensor reading and the white is the ground????? when I connect the j60 sensor like that the car dies bc I am guessing its getting a short??? well so I switch them back and now I was going to check the sensor itself. I hooked up a volt meter to the white(sensor reading) and one of the middle two black ground wires and the mass is giving me a reading from .8V when I rev it goes up to 2V so that makes me think that my MAF is actually good!
So now my question is what is the right way to hook up the original MAF to the original wiring? and what are the correct labels for the wires coming out of the ECU? pin 26 and 27 I think!

PLZ Help ready to get this beast roaring past 2500 rpm's Thank you for your help

Its a 1990 240sx the engine in it before I don't know guessing it was the SOHC.

The wiring was profecionaly done (or so I was tolled and it does look good)

I checked for signal in the wire fro ecu to maf and well the connection is there and the wires have the correct color!

When I connect the j60 like this it starts shuts off, and then doesn't want to start has a very very hard time starting

    a-blank
b-Signal out (Black wire leading to ECU)
c-Ground to chassis (black white dashes)
    d-Ground (White to ECU)
    e-Power 12V (Black White Stripe)
    f-blank

But when I connect the j60 like this it starts and runs but will not run passed 2500 rpm's

    a-blank
    b-Signal out (White to ECU)*
c-Ground to chassis (black white dashes)
d-Ground (Black wire leading to ECU)*
    e-Power 12V (Black White Stripe)
    f-blank

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Ya the ecu pinout was right! But took me so long to get it all to work! the supposed J60 that was in the car when I got it ended up being the n62 that was messed up!

Had an e60 laying around, hooked that one up, runns allright, not to happy, but the rev limiter at 2500 rpm's is gone and so is the engine code "12"

Just made a big mistake! I got the VAFC instead of the SAFC and as far as I know VAFC is only for hondas! and this stinks! anyone know if I am able to run the VAFC, with the rb20det?

I believe the VAFC is for when your running a MAP sensor.

Now since I technically borrowed the vafc I must install it back on sat. Still looking for a way to use either the e60 MAF or the N62 MAF if anyone has any suggestions that will cost less then 100 let me know!
