New Project Car 1992 240 SE

Yup so some of you may have already known...just by looking at my sig...yes i have officially turned it over to Nissan....yeap....got bored with Hondas and FWD and going in a straight line...idk got really bored with it all...was in the process of putting together my 3rd honda engine (K-swap) and figured...where the hell is this going to take me? idk i didnt really see any outcome for it...yea it would have been a insanely fast hatch...but idk...speed in a civic got boring and i guess i got a taste of reality lol

i will keep u guys posted on some stuff ..i have fallen in love with Nissan stuff and 240's. I have always loved them just didnt know they were this fun! i still have love for all my Civic JDM ricers out there lol

sooo........onto my new found love picked it up about a month ago and have been cleaning it up some and trying to fix minor problems with no money and no job lol Oh the engine bay was before i cleaned it up its alot cleaner than it it in that picture there.

Intake

In the process:
Coilovers
Brake Rotors/Pads

only problem that needs fixing are:

Leak at the clutch pedal..fluid drips out of the clutch pedal..
Pin hole on one of the power steering lines
And smokes a small amount when taking off in first.


Yea my car is going to be sick in totally in love with this 240..has power everything!!!...you have all seen how my hatch was buwhahaha this is going to be disgustingly unique Track/DD project













Yea so i have become a part of the "drifter" lifestyle...i have totally been submerged into it...i have already been practicing and am doing pretty good. if i can get this K-swap sold i will be sliding at the street wise coming up. I have totally been addicted to it. Already have gone thru about 5 tires over a span of 2 weeks lol used tires FTW! haha but im finally starting to calm down and get serious about this. Im really wanting to go pro...yea i know its a crazy idea. But im really in love with sliding. I find it to be really really REALLY exciting haha

"WTF TONY???? + 240=WTF" lol haha yea i used to be a die hard Honda guy for the past 2 and half years...but that crap got boring really quick..lol man i love these cars so much its not even funny haha idk what it is about this coupe...its fucking awesome!

hopefully be picking up these coilovers this weekend if i get this cashflow!!!

240 is alot more fun than the civic i hate to say it lol but the civic was a fun car nonetheless i had loads of fun with it...but the 240 has alot MORE fun waiting to happen!!!

nice project car.... just worry bout seat time man, and worry about the pro stuff laters... the hi-speed switchbacks and adaptation of technique are what track time will help you with... track time will get u from parking lots and cops to mtns and dropoffs fo sho... goood luck with the drifting and practice, and we'll see u at the track mahn.

and we have all seen the RB swaps, easier than the other 2 but if u blow a motor good luck finding another one, VHs&VQs are all over the place and go for dirt cheap, especially VH45 and VQ30s
