No shit, isn't that turbo good for well over 550rwhp? He just needs fuel mods + nice tune(possibly stand-alone) and he will be killin em'.

I need stand alone and complete fuel system overhaul to really take advantage of the 40...

I think I'm just going to get a different turbo haha.

If you do change turbos, consider a borg warner 83-75. Awesome little snail, and perfect for those 550s. Not to mention the awesome noise it makes. I am thinking of ditching my GT28s for one.

Yeah, that's one of the options. That or a small exhaust housing Precision 6262.

You're going to need roughly the same amount of fuel for a 6262...

I like to see people take wiring into their own hands. Rock on.

Haha, nah, I do this because I already fell in love with my car.

If I were abiding by the rules of logic I would have junked it and gotten a Civic in 2007.

Looks great! If you are willing to make a bushing kit for the MK4, you could make a killing! R2 are a bunch of slackasses, people want bushings and they want them yesterday.

So I got some connectors and made a ton of diagrams:

    And many hours later...

Fresh everything. Goodbye 22 year old wiring.
