Default new mani or new turbo

Im going to either sell my manifold which is a log and get a spooling performance quick4.
    Quick4 Spoolin Performance

or sell my turbo and save for a bigger one.....

    what would you do?

Will this manifold be sufficent for a twinscroll evo turbo?

I'd get the mani, that way she'll spool better.

I'd like to see the collector on the log mani and on the tubular one.

that's a nice looking manifold. you are doing an external wastegate conversion right? for the Evo turbo?

For what it's worth, when I switched from a single scroll cast log manifold to twin scroll stainless I actually got better spool even though I was now running a larger turbo (67mm inducer vs my old 60mm inducer).

I think your best bet is to save your money for a little longer and ditch the whole setup altogether. Get the stainless manifold and switch to a real T3 turbo designed for an external wastegate. You could go with something expensive like a GT35, a cheaper non ball bearing T04E variant, or maybe a Holset turbo. Then you can get the wastegate recirculated if you care about the noise.

Im actually working a deal for a turnonetics .62 trim right now....Pretty much the evo turbo with my mani doesnt fit with the compressor to the drivers side..it hits the block. and to the passenger side the o2 housing dumps to where I would need to cut my lower tiebar(bottom piece on rad support) ftl!

Do not get that manifold in your first post.

The turbo you listed is a good entry level turbo for stock engines.

So been making a few extra bones busting my ass pushing some internet sales this week....pretty much have enough for the turbo! If all goes well..I will be ordering the .57 trim garrett and a innovative traction bar with bushing....plus little things like gaskets ecttttt.
