First mod you need, auto to manual swap.

Supercharging a SOHC engine is a waste of money, it makes no power that justify the cost when you can turbo it or do an engine swap for around the same price. Plus, the Auto tranny will robb you of all the torque and fun from the supercharger.
FYI: Jackson Racing discontinued their SOHC supercharger b/c no one was buying it. Who wants to pay $3000.00 for 20 hp. You can get that with some basic intake, exhaust, headers, etc...

Well you can convert your car to 5 speed for less than $300 if you do the work its very simple.
-Get a 5 speed tranny (CH has them for cheap)
-Auto to 5speed mont, they are like $60 on ebay. this bolts to the transmission so you can use your automatic transmission mount on the car
-Then you will need a 5 speed ECU or have yours chipped
as for the SC dont do it, waste of money you can boost it for cheaper and get more power
