To most people, rice is anything that doesn't look bone stock and doesn't have turbo or a V8.

In my book, rice is tacky shit that lacks flow and/or classiness. People putting NOS decals or whatever on cars that lack those brands. Altezzas on otherwise stock cars... or on anything for that matter. Huge wings, unpainted body panels (too much CF looks odd). A half assed car or a car with mods that went out of style 10 years ago is pretty much gonna get in here as well.

Ricer= someone that hard parks or gangsta leans b/c they think their busted POS/tacky car is the shit. These guys usually rev at anything, spin tires on every launch (if they can), and will usually rev and/or pat the top of their car as they go in the opposite direction. Also, see douchebag.

Not Hardley Dur Bo, I drive an Accord. Im not a Civic or Lude Fan in any way ,shape or form if i had a bottle i would be sprayin. and the only way i would relocate my battery would be to make room for turbo, or maybe for my system fo wich good that would do i really dont know. But it aint me =]

i did a set of some spare headlights on my car and holy shit it was a pain. lol it was with some POS parts though so i never put it on. someday i'll get some quality stuff and try again.
