Things have been changing here at Epic over the last year. Business as a whole has improved and it has left us backed up.

That being said, I'm taking resumes to see who I may bring on in order to expand here.

Do you need an ASE certification? It helps of course, but I know people who holds that certification and has no business touching a car. If you hold certifications from a dealer level service center, that will work as well.
