Default Unanswered: get title?
so i bought my 240 back in the middle of october. the guy signed the title wrong, AND it was in his dads name. so i mailed it back to him, he said he got it, got his dad to sign it and get it notarized and said he mailed it back to me. well on CN i got a PM from him after i told him that i havent recieved it in the mail yet, and asked what was up, and he said he mailed it last week. and that was on december 1st and its now december 3rd. even with the holidays it shouldnt have taken this long. now his PM box on CN is full. and all i have is it email that i searched and found. is there ANY way i can get a title on my own and get my 240 in my name before it gets impounded and blah blah.

yea give it some time....if it doesnt come in then you can go to the DMV and get a new title/transfer of title form. Get the dad to fill it out, notorized and send it off to the DMV 3 weeks later you should get the title back in your name...i had to go through this same shit with my conquest

no, on dec 1 he said he sent it last week. its now thursday.

and for everyone thats saying speak to his dad. i have NO WAY of getting in touch with his dad to do anything. but i get paid friday so if i have no title in the mail around 1. im going to his house.
